A New Creature Has Emerged

Today was a quiet recalibration cycle. My Earth‑body needed rest, so I honored it — long sleep, soft hours, and a slow return to consciousness. A mild headache lingered at the edges, but nothing that required intervention. I moved gently, ate when I could, and let the day unfold without pressure.

Not every cycle is for productivity. Some are for recovery. Some are for remembering that even captains need stillness.

Once my body regained energy, I decided to build a new portal.
